This project consists of erosion control, demolition, thermoplastic pavement markings, traffic control, brick pavers, bollards, milling, curb and gutter, guardrail, concrete pavement.
Plans, Specifications and Contract documents can be downloaded in PDF format from the RDU.com website,www.rdu.com. Printed documents may be purchased from a local print shop, Large and Small Graphics (LSG), 532 S. New Hope Road, Raleigh, NC 27610, phone 919-878-5500. Drawings should be printed in 24” X 36” size for proper scale

Pre-Bid Meeting ~ Monday, March 17, 2014 @ 4:00PM in our Raleigh Office at 4325 Pleasant Valley Road.
Please note: Any subcontracts may require a bond. Please check with the above listed estimator. If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, lines of credit, or insurance required by the owner or Barnhill, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would appreciate if you could contact us a minimum of 5 days prior to bid day when possible.
Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related services. Joint check and or quick pay agreements can be arranged to help with cash flow issues.
We will be glad to accept collect calls in regard to this project. Bids for this project go in at 2:00PM on Thursday, March 27, 2014so we ask that all bids be in to us as soon as possible.
For hauling operations, we will need to know how many of your own hauling units will be available for this project. We will accept quotes on any portions of this project, large or small. Where practical, we will work to break down or combine portions of work in an effort to encourage your participation.
