Greaterdiversity.com offers a free online journal featuring employment/business news and many resources for minorities, women and employers. Additionally, it provides employers and jobseekers with a multi-category job and resume bank.The Resume Bank is free of charge to all of our users. The Job Bank only charges for listings. Anyone can search for a job absolutely free.

Diversity News
Featured in the Diversity News section, Diversity News is important to all of our readers. It strives to expand and explore the real issues concerning race, ethnicity and gender. If you are looking for the facts and figures then Diversity News is for you.

The Online Journal & Site Menu
The online journal has four subsections focused on Careers (career development), Business (minority and women business issues), Education and Employer Resources. At the top of this page you will find the "site" navigation menu which features these sections along with popular links like Home, Sponsors, Profiles and Contact Us. The site menu will appear across the top of each page of the website and will never change. This allows for quick navigation from any location on the site. Most main section links are also featured at the bottom of each page.

Section Menus
Section menus feature links to information and related site features that are specific to that section. For example you will find links for jobs and posting resumes in the career resources section under jobseekers. The section menu is present on every page of its parent section, including the articles for that section. The menu never changes within a section and serves as a promotional tool for features offered that might be of benefit to users within specific sections. The site menu has the same links as section menus but site menus are more functional when users want to return to specific features that may be in another section.

Subsections
Each subsection has its own specific homepage and quick link navigation menu specific to that section; these menus are on the left-hand side of each page. Users are able to easily navigate through sections by using either the quick link menu on the left. Below is an outline of sections for the online journal:

Content Rotation
Articles are posted bi-weekly and appear first on the homepages of each section. Certain key articles are chosen for the main site homepage. When new articles are added, the previous articles are moved into the subsections like Diversity News or Career News, etc.


The Job Bank, Resume Bank and General Links
The Job Bank and Resume Bank section menus appear at the top of each page of the job and resume bank. This permits users to move back and forth between both banks. Below are the job and resume links:
