Richardson & Associates Consulting was founded in 1989 by Alfred Richardson, Sr. an extremely successful businessman with a vision for helping others achieve their full potential. The organization is now a full service consulting organization that provides a variety of services to government and private organizations across the United States. We address the need of our client population with our diverse and experienced organization of associates.
Initially, the organization provided professional support for minority businesses struggling under the pressures of the "high pressure unfriendly traditional business environment". The support ranged from assisting them to develop business and funding plans and to provide management and operational services.
The firm has consistently provided high quality services and is frequently been contracted to provide consulting services to clients across the United States. With the experiences of success in this role, the organization has been requested repeatedly to assist organizations in their efforts to; acquire funding support, improve the operation of government agencies and corporate organizations, and support foundation organizations in their work with their people and program oriented issues and concerns.
