 nd ease. MBSR was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is taught worldwide\, incl
 uding at Stanford and Duke. Mindfulness encourages being fully present in 
 our lives. People take an MBSR course for reasons that include stress\, an
 xiety\, depression\, chronic pain\, GI distress\, chronic illness\, fatigu
