The Association will present its annual scholarships for high school seniors; Dr. Nathan Scovens is the pastor and speaker for the day; Attorney Renita Thompkins-Linville will read the proclamation; Ms. Evetter Culcleasure is the soloist; and local elected and appointed officials will be present.

Cost: No. A scholarship offering will be collected.
