The Downtown Raleigh Alliance is the leader and champion for a dynamic and vibrant downtown. The Alliance is a guiding force in shaping a healthy center that anchors the city and the region. Through our dedicated board and staff, we are responsible for providing the following services:

Economic Development- Act as a facilitator by assisting prospective businesses, developers and investors, maintaining a comprehensive database, developing appropriate marketing materials, and serving as liaison with City staff and Chamber of Commerce.
Advocacy- Provide leadership for projects and activities that will enhance the desirability of the downtown area as a place to live, work, play and do business.
Marketing- Develop a comprehensive marketing program to support our mission and raise awareness of the changes occurring in downtown and emphasize the importance of downtown as a growing office, residential, cultural and entertainment center in the Triangle.
Clean and Safe Ambassador Services- A cross between a hotel concierge and a neighborhood watch, the Downtown Ambassadors provide maps, give directions and information on restaurants, museums and other attractions, and provide an additional set of eyes and ears for property owners.

What are we trying to achieve?
The goal is to explore opportunities for partnerships and cross promotions and to share industry knowledge and ideas. Simply put, to develop and enhance business opportunities for everyone involved.

TEIP is the second Wednesday of every month.
