In celebration of Black History month, The St. Philips Heritage Center in Old Salem will host a special day in Salem from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm to highlight the history, art and culture of African Americans. Events will include: - US Colored Troops Living History Demonstration - Quilting Circle - Tours of Historic Buildings - Celebrity Walking Tour - Hearth Cooking - NAACP Gospel Showcase - Organ Recitals - Art Exhibit - Puppet Show - Interactive Displays - Exhibits - Storytelling - Scripture writing with Quill Pen
