The workshop will explain the different types of legal structures available to you, help you determine which structure best suits your needs: all to help you make the right decision for your business planning.

There are several key legal decisions that should be considered early on in launching a new business.  A wrong decision can limit the success of a new business or worse yet, contribute to it's failure.  What legal entity should this business assume? What intellectual property and how? Are employment agreements necessary or advisable? What are some of the considerations in buying an existing business?  These are some of the many decisions that must be addressed.  This workshop will help answer some of the questions you have in forming your new business or acquiring an existing business.
