 There are several key legal decisions that should be considered early on i
 n launching a new business.  A wrong decision can limit the success of a 
 new business or worse yet\, contribute to it's failure.  What legal entit
 y should this business assume? What intellectual property and how? Are emp
 loyment agreements necessary or advisable? What are some of the considerat
 ions in buying an existing business?  These are some of the many decision
 s that must be addressed.  This workshop will help answer some of the que
 stions you have in forming your new business or acquiring an existing busi
 ness.<br /><br /> SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY<br /><br />Richard Farrell is a senior
  partner in The Farrell Group law firm.  He specializes in Franchise Law\
 , Estate Planning\, and Business and Corporate Law.  He is a graduate of
