DESCRIPTION:<p>The North Carolina Military Business Center is pleased to ho
 st the 2012 North Carolina Federal Construction (FEDCON) & Infrastructure 
 Summit in Wilmington\, North Carolina at the Wilmington Convention Center 
 on October 10-12\, 2012. <br /><br />The “FEDCON Summit” will bring to
 gether over 800 representatives of the Corps of<br />Engineers\, Naval Fac
 ilities Engineering Command\, United States Coast Guard\, Department of Ve
 terans Affairs\, GSA Public Buildings Service\, other federal agencies and
  installations\, general and specialty contractors\, designers and constru
 ction suppliers in North Carolina. <br /><br />SUMMIT PROGRAM.  The Summi
 t program will focus on new federal construction\, sustainment\, restorati
 on and modernization (SRM) and energy-related construction opportunities a
 nd federal contracting processes in North Carolina.  The program will inc
 lude presentations\, panel discussions\, breakout sessions\, a vendor expo
  and speed networking with:<br /><br /> Naval Facilities Engineering Comma
 nd <br /> US Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Army\, Marine Corps\, Air Forc
 e\, Coast Guard and National Guard Installations <br /> Department of Vete
