  Bothers Keeper\, NOT my Brothers Killer'\, by Pastor Jack Gaines. Come an
 d be a part of this year's conference in what is being considered as 'the 
 blueprint to ending conflict in our times'. The National Juneteenth Observ
 ance Foundation will sponsor a Jazz & Heritage Reconciliation Concert feat
 uring its founder\, Rev. Ron Myers Sr. A Multimedia Musical Cantata with o
 rchestra and choir will present 'The Triumph of Gospel - One New Man. A to
 ur of Hampton's African-American historical places will be provided and th
 e 3rd Annual World Day of Reconciliation & Healing from the Legacy of Ensl
 avement Prayer Service will take place at Fort Monroe where the first Afri
