Internationally admired artist Mel Chin will present his animated, award-winning film 9-11 / 9-11, followed by a personal tour of his exhibition High, Low & In Between. The film is based on a 2002 graphic novel that Mel Chin wrote under the pen name “Ignacio Moreles”, and is a complex work of art that speaks to history, current events, politics, and society. After the film screening, Mel will speak about the many sculptures and installations in the gallery. Held in conjunction with the exhibition Mel Chin: High, Low & In Between.
