FACILITATOR: Marilyn Shannon Marilyn Shannon is the founder of Dialogue, Inc., her private coaching practice and the co-founder of WPN and the organizer for the Cary Chapter of Coffee and Contacts. Marilyn is a licensed Heartmath® professional, a group facilitator and has presented workshops nationally on the topics of leadership, listening and communication skills. Marilyn had her own local talk show on NBC channel 17. Marilyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual and Performing Arts and Public Communications from Syracuse University. She went on to become a sales and marketing professional, in print, TV, and internet. Marilyn owned and operated a successful retail furniture business for 13 years and served for many years as a superior court mediator where she honed her expertise in conflict resolution.

With the emphasis on interpersonal relationships in a management setting our topics will include, conflict resolution, polishing our personal management style, decision making and much more.
WHERE: Our roundtables are the 3rd Friday of the month from 3:00 to 5:00pm at Brio Tuscan Grille in Crabtree Valley Mall.
