Mama Time provides workshops and retreats for mothers of ALL ages and stages needing some time to rest, relax, play, learn and grow! We believe that self-care and ongoing learning are essential ingredients for our health and the health of our children and families
Join experienced Special Needs Mama and psychologist, Dr. Tamara Grosz for an interactive day filled with practical strategies for maintaining balance, energy, and remaining positive while raising a child with special needs. Preventing Mama Burnout is not only possible-- it is essential for the health of you, your child and your family!. This workshop will address and teach specific strategies as well as allow time to connect with other mothers that understand! Located at the lovely Self-Discovery Center, this retreat includes a delicious lunch!
