 interested in applying  for the African American Cultural Festival's 3rd a
 nnual juried  International Art Market and Marketplace should compelte the
  application  on line at <a href='http://www.aacfralwake.org/vendor-info.h
 tml'>www.aacfralwake.org/vendor-info.html</a> by June 30\, 2012.  Applicat
 ions submitted after that date will not be accepted.</p>\n<p style='margin
 -bottom: 0pt\;'><strong style='margin-top: 0pt\; margin-bottom: 0pt\;'>FES
 TIVAL SITE</strong></p>\n<ul style='margin-top: 0pt\;'>\n<li>The two-day o
 utdoor festival takes place on a paved  surface which prohibits anchoring 
 any supports into the ground or  assuring a space without slope. </li>\n<l
 i>Please plan to have appropriate weights for your display\, as the outdoo
 r site can experience some wind. </li>\n<li>No electricity or water can be
  provided to artists’ or vendor booths. </li>\n<li>Absolutely no generat
 ors will be allowed. </li>\n<li>Artists will be asked to keep all noise (i
 ncluding  radios\, background music\, played instruments\, etc.) at an abs
 olute  minimum in consideration of other artists and patrons. </li>\n<li>O
 vernight security will be provided\; however\, we  strongly encourage the 
 removal of works and money from your booth\, as  this is a busy urban site
 \, and we cannot be responsible for lost or  stolen goods.</li>\n</ul>\n</
