The Minority AIDS Initiative MSM Community/Provider Training and Education Conference hopes to have it's 2nd annual conference in Raleigh, North Carolina to help bring together representatives from the care and service provider community and the target population of minority MSM. The conference is intended to create a better understanding of the service needs of the MSM community to more effectively respond to the current issues and concerns that prevent HIV positive individuals from utilizing ADAP and SPAP, linking into the care they need, and staying in care.
