3rd Sustainability Symposium and Expo for Southeastern North Carolina

Theme: “Sustainability and the Future of Energy and Water”

The symposium is a collaborative effort between BCC and the North Carolina Military Business Center. This event aims to explore the many interrelated aspects of incorporating: sustainability practices, training, and opportunities for city & town planners, business & industry, federal & state agencies, and individuals. The symposium will provide the opportunity to: network, promote resources, and learn about sustainability practices and certifications.

When: Friday, March 22, 2013 from 8:00 - 3:00 pm.
Where: Brunswick Community College Leland Center for Economic and Workforce Development 2050 Enterprise

Purpose: This event explores the impact energy and water is having on  businesses and communities when making
decisions for economic development, entrepreneurial opportunities, innovation, and long range planning
