DESCRIPTION:<div class='text'>\n<p>The Roanoke River Ramble showcases one o
 f the most  beautiful upriver sections of the Roanoke River during the ful
 l color of  autumn. You will see (but not paddle in) rapids\, as you launc
 h your  boat to enjoy a nine-mile smooth water paddle with good flow from 
 the  Rockfish Capital of the World – Weldon\, NC\, to the Birthplace of 
  Independence – Halifax\, NC. During that nine-mile stretch\, it will be
   common to see Bald Eagles\, Osprey\, a variety of hawks\, Great Blue Her
 on\,  Kingfishers and more. There will be a light breakfast and hot coffee
  to  start\, and a delicious lunch and bluegrass music to finish.  Long-sl
 eeved event T-shirts will be given.</p>\n<p>Registration is $30 per person
  or $25 per  person for groups of four or more.</p>\n<p><p><script type='t
