The 7th Annual Walk For Those Who Can’t at Hugh MacRae Par k in Wilmington\, NC\, supports the programs of Canines for Service\, an o rganization dedicated to helping people with disabilities achieve better i ndependence and quality of life through services of specially trained dogs .
