Roxboro Housing Authority, Roxboro, North Carolina, will receive sealed lump sum proposals from qualified contractors for all labor and material to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents entitled, "Heat Pump Installation and Furnace Replacement, NC 60-1, Roxboro, NC"

Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time on April 30, 2010 at the office of the Roxboro Housing Authority, 500 Burch Street, P.O. Box 996, Roxboro, North Carolina 27573; Attention: Ms. Pecolia Beatty, at which time all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The bid opening time shall be established by the timepiece of the owner's representative.
