274-TFS-1-18 2018 City of Raleigh Annual Resurfacing Project

This project consists of resurfacing +/- 21.8 miles of City of Raleigh maintained streets consisting of +/- 36,004 TN of Superpave Asphalt, +/- 1,100 manhole and watervalve adjustments, +/- 189,667 SY of asphalt milling, +/- 29,044 TN of pavement patching, +/- 1,600 SY of sidewalk removal, +/- 585 SY of 4” sidewalk replacement, +/- 870 SY of 6” sidewalk replacement, +/- 2.909 LF of curb and gutter removal/replacement, +/- 103 concrete sidewalk access ramps, +/- 600 retro-fit detectable warning surface, thermoplastic pavement markings, +/- 8,160 LF of inductive loop sawcut.

 Plans and specifications of the proposed work are on file in the office of the Street Superintendent at 3228 Spottswood Street, Raleigh, NC & Barnhill Contracting Company, 4325 Pleasant Valley Road, Raleigh NC. The plans and specs can be reviewed during usual business hours and at other mutually agreeable times.
