North Waterfront Park Project Phase 3 & 4

ATTENTION SUBCONTRACTORS

Clancy & Theys Construction Co. – (2250 Shipyard Blvd Suite One Wilmington, NC 20803 910-392-5220, Fax: 910-392-5254), is soliciting pre-qualified first tier subcontractors to submit bids for the North Waterfront Park Project Phase 3 & 4.  Scope consists of foundations, piles, structural steel, slab on grade, slab on deck, veneer masonry, metal framing, drywall, insulation, air barrier, storefront glass, doors, hardware, glass, TPO roofing, roofing pavers, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, interior finishes and exterior hardscape for a 20,000 SF two story back of house building.  The following turnkey bid packages will bid on January 7, 2020 at 2 PM.

Subcontractors shall not be allowed to submit a bid unless it has been prequalified in accordance with the City of Wilmington and the Construction Manager Policies. If your company has not prequalified to bid the project, please contact our office for prequalification instructions. A Mandatory prebid meeting will be held for bidders that have not attended the Phase 3 & 4 meetings previously held.
