PUBLIC NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL PLAN

 

The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA (WHA) is updating our and Annual Plan for FY 2021.

This is a 45-day notice with an opportunity to present public comments regarding 2021 updates to the Annual Plan.

The draft of the proposed WHA 2021 Annual Plan is available for review beginning Monday, October 5, 2020, at the WHA website at www.wha.net and at the WHA Central Office, 1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.

Comments must be made in writing and presented to the main office located at 1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401, Attn. Kevin Carlson or via email to kcarlson@wha.net no later than 10:00 a.m. December 4, 2020.

A public hearing will be conducted on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room of WHA’s Central Office, 1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC.  Anyone interested in commenting on the proposed revisions is invited to attend.
