Sloan Construction A Division of Reeves Construction Company (NCGCL #987) is pleased to extend an invitation to quote the following project(s) in the NCDOT Division 8 Letting.  The projects bid on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.


We are currently soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for work on this project. We will consider quotes for any scopes in which your firm is qualified.  Please contact us for questions or for consideration and/or assistance in facilitating your participation in this project. DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE firms are strongly encouraged to participate. The DBE Goal for this project is 9%.

Aggregates, Geotextiles, Drainage Pipe and Structures, Castings, Work Zone Traffic Control items, Structural Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, HP Piling, Elastomeric Bearings, PSC Cored Slabs, ROW Markers, Misc. Bridge Items, etc.

Aggregate and Hourly Hauling, Clearing & Grubbing, Grading, Drainage, Paving, Milling, ROW Markers, Concrete Flatwork, Guardrail, Work Zone Signing, Detour Signing, Traffic Control, Pavement Markings, Erosion Control, Asbestos Assessment, PDA Testing, Vertical Concrete Barrier, Install Reinforcing Steel, etc.

Plans and specifications can downloaded from the NCDOT Division 8 website.  Due to COVID-19, plans cannot be viewed at our office at this time.  Other arrangements can be made as necessary by contacting us.

Sloan Construction Co. must receive pricing by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the letting. Quotes received after this time may not be used in bidding. 

It is understood that by submitting a quote, you have obtained a copy of the plans, standard specifications, special provisions, any addendums and relevant contract documents for this project and that your prices reflect any and all incidental work items.  Please note any special conditions and/or exclusions on your quote.
