Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in HRD or related field from an accredited Institution. Minimum of 3 years experience in HRD or business related field. Strong professional experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years experience in the direction and management of career development, curriculum development, employabillity skills, and workforce solutions in a higher education environment.
