Rodgers will accept sealed bid proposals from project specific prequalified trade contractors for bid packages:  02L Landscaping and Irrigation, 04A Masonry, 06C Carpentry and Casework, 07A Roofing and Accessories, 07B Waterproofing and Sealants, 07E Metal Panel Systems, 08A Glass Assemblies, 08B Passage Door Assemblies, 08E Service Door and Fire / Smoke Curtain Assemblies, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D Hard Tile, 09E Floor Coverings – Resilient and Carpeting, 09F Painting and Wall Coverings, 09G Polished Concrete, 10A Specialties, 14A Elevators, 15A Fire Protection, 15C Plumbing Systems, 15D HVAC Systems, 15F Test and Balance and 16A Electrical, at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) on Tuesday, January 17th, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 215 / 216 of the CPCC Hall Building, 1112 Charlottetowne Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28204. The building is located near the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and Charlottetowne Avenue.

Prior to Bid Day, sealed bid proposals can be delivered to Rodgers Builders, Inc.’s CPCC projects office at 1321 East Seventh Street, Charlotte, NC 28204 (located behind the Drumm Facilities Services Building, 1325 East Seventh Street, Charlotte, NC 28204).

Rodgers will host a Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss the project details on Wednesday, December 14th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 1106 of the CPCC Zeiss Building, 1231 Elizabeth Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28204.

The building is a new 83,000+ s.f., 5 story lab and classroom building on an approximately 0.9 acre site at the corner of Charlottetowne Avenue and East Fourth Street on CPCC’s central campus.  Approximate construction schedule begins in in late October 2016 through December 2017.

Historically Underutilized Businesses are strongly encouraged to participate.
