Pursuant to NCGS 143-128.1 Orange County North Carolina is seeking proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services associated with the construction of the new Orange County Detention Center. The detention center will not exceed 144 beds comprised of a potential combination of single and double cells utilizing direct or indirect supervision
Proposals must be received in the office of the Purchasing Agent, 200 South Cameron Street, PO Box 8181, Hillsborough, NC 27278 no later than 4pm (EST), November 10, 2015.
Copies of the proposal are available on the County’s website at www.co.orange.nc.us/purchasing under “Current Bids”. No hard copies will be distributed except upon specific request.
Orange County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
