Electronic or sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on August 18, 2016 for the Elm Building Roof Replacement project at J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center in Morganton, NC.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Architectural Design Studios, PA, 90 Church Street, Asheville, NC 28801, (828) 252-0355 during normal business hours.
A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on August 4, 2016 at 10:30 am.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
