ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Union County Board of Education, Monroe, NC is soliciting bids for Flooring Renovation of Shiloh Elementary School.

A Prebid Meeting will be held 3:00 p.m. on October 27, 2017 at the front entrance of Shiloh Elementary School, 5210 Rogers Road, Monroe, North Carolina 28110. Although Prebid Meeting is not considered mandatory, Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and become familiar with all aspects of this project prior to bid submittal. Failure to meet this requirement will not be cause for a change order. Visitations to the school must begin in the front office and is limited to the hours of 3:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m. during business days.
Bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 9, 2017 at the UCPS Facilities Department, 201 Venus Street, Monroe, North Carolina 28112. Instructions for bid submittal are reflected in the bid documents. Bids may not be withdrawn for (60) days after bid due date.
The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities in bidding. Minority Participation:
