Grandstand Replacement, Terry Sanford High School

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on April 10, 2019 in the Cumberland County Schools Plant Operations Center, located at 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the project entitled Grandstand Replacement, Terry Sanford High School.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Terry Sanford High School, 2301 Fort Bragg Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303 on March 13, 2019 at 4:00 P.M.

Complete Bid Documents will be issued at the Pre-Bid Conference from Thomas Goetz Architect or reviewed for complete bidding requirements.   A plan deposit of $50.00 is required, refundable under certain conditions.

Proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87.  A Bid Bond is required.  Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
