Pre-Bid Meeting ~ Monday, July 8, 2019 at 9:00 AM in our Kinston Office.
Paving a new parking lot and plaza behind the newly renovated Student Success Center on the JCC Smithfield Campus. Also new sidewalks will be installed throughout campus as shown on plans. This will include everything necessary and usual in the construction of such improvements. Work will generally include, demolition of existing pavement, grading and drainage, asphalt, concrete and gravel paving, pavement striping, seeding and lawn restoration as shown on plans. Alternates include additional sidewalks and landscaping.

For hauling operations, we will need to know how many of your own hauling units will be available for this project. We will need this on your written quote prior to bid time and this will be made a part of any subcontract. If you have any interest in these projects, we would appreciate your advising us of the items you may be interested in and email the correct estimator or contact by phone or fax. These projects include opportunities on, but are not limited to concrete, stone, milling, asphalt, hauling, utility, signage, traffic control, silt fence, and erosion control.
