REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

LEAD BASED PAINT SERVICES

Wake County Government is seeking proposals for comprehensive Lead Based Paint services from a qualified lead-based paint testing and risk assessment entity for its Housing Rehabilitation Program.  Wake County Department of Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization (HCAR) completes approximately 40 housing rehabilitation projects per year using CDBG funds.  When Federal
funds are used to assist housing built before 1978, steps must be taken to address lead hazards.
The provider would be responsible for coordinating the inspection process of these projects.

The Request for Proposal may be obtained at the following address: http://www.wakegov.com/finance/business/rfp/Pages/bids.aspx

Three (3) printed complete RFP packages, and one (1) digital complete RFP package
must be received at the following address by 3:00 pm on June 11, 2020.
