Mason Farm WWTP Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

 Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 3:00 P.M., local time, on April 4,2019 for CIP No. 278-72, Project: “Mason Farm WWTP Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation” at the OWASA Administration Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina, 27510.

The following Bidders have been prequalified to submit Bids for the Project:

  1. Turner Murphy Inc.
  2. Haren Construction Company
  3. Dellinger, Inc.
  4. Crowder Construction Company
  5. J.S. Haren Company
  6. Evoqua Water Technologies

The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete and operable installation of:

New secondary clarifier mechanisms in existing Secondary Clarifiers 2 and 3, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications.

Bidders shall attend a mandatory Pre‑Bid Conference at 2:00 P.M., local time, on March 21, 2019 at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant,170 Old Mason Farm Rd, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27517.

To ensure that all Bidders are kept up to date on any Addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an e-mail to: Lamya Kinglking@hazenandsawyer.com, indicating your intention to prepare a Bid for the Project.  Failure to complete this step may render your Bid as non-responsive.
