ATTENTION MINORITY/HUB CONTRACTORS:
Barnhill Contracting Company has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by the Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) for the New Engineering and Operations Center project and will be conducting an Informational Session to help teach about the project and the scope of the bid package. You are encouraged to attend the following session to learn more about project participation opportunities available to you. This meeting will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:00 PM, at the Greenville Utilities Operations Center at 801 Mumford Road, Greenville, NC 27834, in Building A, Training Room.
This session will help to: Learn about the project and the scope of the bid package; Inform and train Minority/HUB contractors in preparation for bidding this project; Assist in registration on the State of North Carolina Vendor link; and stimulate opportunities for networking with other firms.
This project consists of the Sitework portion of the new construction of the GUC New Engineering and Operations Center project. This project will be located in Greenville, NC, and includes all civil work to prepare, clear, grub, grade, pave, and perform utility work on approximately 80 acres of land.
