Pine Building Roof Replacement

Sealed bids will be received from bidders by Wayne Community College located at 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive Goldsboro, NC 27534 in the Dogwood Building, Administration Suite, Room 147, care of Mr. Donald Magoon until 1:30 pm on 31 May 2016. Bids may also be hand delivered to room 224/225 of the Pine Building after 1:30 pm on 31 May 2016. At 2:00 pm. bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in room 224/225 of the Pine Building for the Pine Building Roof Replacement located at 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive Goldsboro, NC. 27534.
Electronic project documents may be obtained from the Engineer, REI Engineers, 9121 Anson Way, Suite 100 Raleigh, NC, 27615 at no cost. Hard copy project documents may be purchased from the Engineer at a nonrefundable cost of $150.00.
All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.

A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Investigation is scheduled for 10:00 am in room 224/225 of the Pine Building on 12 May 2016, located at Wayne Community College, 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive Goldsboro, NC. 27534. Attendance is Mandatory. Contractors are asked to be prepared to record all pertinent information required to bid the project.
