REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) is seeking professional technical services related to improvements at the existing Green Mill Run Regional Pump Station and Fork Swamp Regional Pump station. Improvements include but are not limited to replacement or rehab of the existing bar screen structures at each site, installation of new automated climber screens to handle screenings at each site, and replacement of hydraulic presses with screw wash presses at each site. The selected consultant will also review a third-party flow monitoring study to identify system improvements in the Green Mill Run sub-basin. The Green Mill Run Regional Pump Station is located at approximately 430 W. Arlington Boulevard (35.588595, -77.383626) and the Fork Swamp Regional Pump Station is located at approximately 901 Van Gert Drive, Winterville (35.538154, -77.371612). Each station has a design capacity of 6.5 MGD. Proposals are due no later than February 8, 2018. Responders are advised that the Greenville Utilities Commission has a two percent participation goal for MBE/WBE firms for professional services.
