Supportive Housing Vouchers

The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville (HACG) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to receive an allocation of Project Based HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Vouchers (VASH). The purpose of this allocation is to enable homeless veterans to access affordable housing with an array of supportive services. All proposals will be evaluated on scoring criteria developed by HACG. HACG will select one proposal to submit to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for consideration as part of a national competition. HACG must submit its proposal to HUD by Friday, September 9, 2016. HUD issued Notice PIH-2016-11 on July 1, 2016 which provides additional detail regarding this national competition.

Any request for interpretation or questions concerning RFP must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016. HACG will compile and distribute all inquiries and responses on our website at www.ghanc.net.

Proposal Submission Deadline
All applications for Project-Based HUD VASH are due no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 2016.  Applications should be submitted as detailed in this RFP to the HACG’s Central Office located at 1103 Broad Street, Greenville, North Carolina  27835 attention of:
