DESIGN-BUILD REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is requesting that interested Design-Build Teams submit qualifications for an Express Design-Build Project. This project, U-5798A, is located in Division 6 and includes widening of SR 1102 (Gillis Road) to a four-lane divided facility from north of SR 1007 (Stoney Point Road) to US 401 (Raeford Road) and the replacement of existing bridge (250075) in Cumberland County.

Interested parties should send a request, by e-mail only, to rfq_package_request@ncdot.gov for a formal package detailing the requirements for submitting a Statement of Qualifications.  The following contact information must be included in the e-mail request: company name, physical address, city, state, zip code, contact person, phone number and current e-mail address.  The Statements of Qualifications must be received by 4:00 p.m., July 17, 2019, at the address shown below:
