Davidson County Community College is seeking Statements of Qualifications from interested licensed general contractors to provide construction manager at risk services for the following project:

The U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE Economic Development Administration is providing partial funding for this project (EDA Investment No. 04-01-07039).
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 9, 2015 in the Mendenhall Building, Room 226.
Five copies of the Statement of Qualifications will be due by 2:00 p.m. on October 23, 2015 addressed to:
