RFP #008-18 Disaster Debris Clearance and Removal Services

The County of Onslow is soliciting proposals for RFP #008-18 Disaster Debris Clearance and Removal Services in the event of a natural disaster within the area.  Proposals are being accepted until 4:00 PM EST, August 21, 2018 at the Onslow County Purchasing Department, 234 NW Corridor Blvd. Jacksonville, NC 28540.  No proposals will be accepted after the official time and date.  Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Onslow County Purchasing Department, phone (910) 455-1750, during regular business hours.

The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding.  Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award.  All prospective contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award.  In addition, contractors providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.

The County encourages participation by small, minority, disabled, and woman-owned businesses.  The County of Onslow reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
