Bids are due in our office at 12:00 PM on November 14, 2019.

The Project consists of construction of the SGWASA WTP DBP Reduction improvements and Dewatering Facility including Trades included are Demolition, Clearing & Grubbing, Blasting, Stone, Erosion Control, Paving, Utility Structures, Fencing, Landscaping, Concrete Formwork, Rebar, Concrete Ready mix, Precast Hollow Core Plank, Precast Stairs, Masonry, Structural Steel, Misc Metals, Glass Fiber & Resin Fabrications, Waterproofing, Dampproofing, Building Insulation, Bituminous Roofing, Caulking & Sealants, Fiberglass Doors & Frames, Roll up Doors, Aluminum Storefront, Glass & Glazing, Translucent Wall Assemblies, Painting, Louvers, Division 10 Specialties, Water Treatment Equipment, Metal Building, Chemical Storage Tanks, Sprinklers, Process Piping, Pipe Supports, Heat Tracing & Insulation, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation

English has broken or combined elements of work in order to assist Minority Business Enterprise Participation. We request MBE companies to include a copy of their certification with their proposal.

English is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms if appropriate.  We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project.  You can be assured that your prices will remain confidential until after the bid.

Our company may assist interested parties, when possible, in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance.

English pays monthly on submission of qualified invoice and accepted work.

English will work with qualified M/WBE firms regarding Quickpay agreements depending on contract value.

All prospective subcontractors are required to comply with of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes.  If your quote is accepted for this project, compliance will be a condition of payment.  Compliance will be verified by a notarized affidavit.  You will also be required to assure lower-tier-subcontractors also comply.
