Sealed bids for Sunset Avenue Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump #2 Replacement CRM BID NUMBER 76213 will be received by the City of Rocky Mount, NC (hereinafter call the “City”) in Conference Room #3 located on the 2nd Floor of the Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex Building, 331 South Franklin Street, Rocky Mount, North Carolina 27804 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, July 12, 2018 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Sunset Water Treatment Plant located at 1660 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, N.C. 27802. The City of Rocky Mount is seeking 5% minority business participation on this project. Minority business owners or their representatives are urged to attend the pre-bid conference to become familiar with all project requirements.
Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications for the work, equipment, supplies or services desired may be obtained by contacting Mr. Charles Davis at The Wooten Company at 919-828-0531. Bidding documents may be viewed at the City of Rocky Mount Purchasing web site located at www.rockymountnc.gov. Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for each set of documents. Bid specifications may be reviewed in the City of Rocky Mount Purchasing Office on the fourth floor of the Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex during regular office hours between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
