UNC Hospitals Neuroscience Patient Safety Upgrades, Chapel Hill, NC (SCO # 19-21389-01A)

Sealed proposals for Single Prime Bids will be received until 1:00 pm on May 29, 2020 at University of North Carolina Hedrick Building, 211 Friday Center Drive, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for the construction of the UNC Hospitals Neuroscience Patient Safety Upgrades, Chapel Hill, NC (SCO # 19-21389-01A), at which time and place bids will be opened and read aloud via remote conference call.  The information for the conference call will be provided to the prequalified General Contractors prior to the bid opening.

Bidders must be pre-qualified to be eligible to submit bids and to have their bids considered.

A pre-bid meeting will be held for bidders, subcontractors and vendors on May 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm remotely via Webex.  The meeting will address project scope, description, issues, bidding procedures and forms, including MBE forms; and answer specific questions. Prime bidders are requested to attend.
