NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, & SUPPLIERS 

DIVERSITY OUTREACH &
PROJECT INFORMATION SESSION
UNCW STUDENT DINING HALL

Skanska USA Building will conduct the first outreach meeting to recruit, solicit, and inform interested subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers about opportunities available for the UNCW Dining Hall project on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at UNCW McNeill Hall, Room 1024, located at 5010 Cahill Drive.

Contractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers can:

  • Review Plans and specifications and bid packages
  • Learn about current bidding and construction schedules
  • Receive instructions for navigating the prequalification process
  • Speak with UNCW and CM Project Team

 REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Skanska USA Building, Inc. is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for the UNCW Student Dining Hall project.  Firms interested in the project are required to submit project specific prequalification forms.  The deadline for submission of prequalification forms for site work and site utilities, timber piles, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and timber framing is March 27, 2020. All other prequalification forms for remaining work must be submitted no later than June 30, 2020.
