Sealed proposals will be received by Balfour Beatty Construction/Metcon for The University of North Carolina – Wilmington to renovate the Wagner Central Energy Plant as part of the Allied Health / Veterans Hall Project in Wilmington, NC. Bids for the following packages will be opened on July 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM: 23A Mechanical; 23B Controls, 26A Electrical. All bids will be received and opened publicly at UNCW Office of Facilities, Conference Room 1, 5150 Lionfish Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. On June 28, 2018 a Preferred Alternates, HUB Outreach session & Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM at UNCW Office of Facilities, Conference Room 2, 5150 Lionfish Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.
