VICE-PRESIDENT, INSTRUCTION & STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Minimum Qualifications:  Applicants must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or related field.  Minimum of five (5) years progressive executive level experience in leadership, management or supervision in higher education.  Experience serving in academic roles that may include instruction, student development or other student support services.  Experience creating or directing programs and systems to enhance completion and student success.  Experience demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in higher education.  Familiarity with academic budgeting principles and practices and demonstrated experience in planning, developing and monitoring budget, policies, and procedures.  Successful experience in pursuing or successfully maintaining institutional and program accreditation.  Experience with curricular development and enhancement.  Proven track record of managing projects and teams to accomplish institutional goals.  APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Candidates for the position should complete an RCC Application for Employment, submit a Professional Resume/Vita, a photocopy of all college transcripts, and any other supporting documentation related to the qualification requirements.  RCC reserves the right to perform criminal and financial background checks on applicants and will require a personality profile on all finalists.  For a listing of duties and an application, visit www.robeson.edu or contact Personnel Services at 910.272.3531.  Closing date:  Friday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m.
