Work includes the following trades: Materials, Seeding, Pipe Work, Water, Sewer, Pavement Marking, Pavement Removal, Bituminous Pavement, Electrical, Hauling, Clearing & Grubbing, Traffic Control Signs, Concrete Work, Surveying, Utilities/Plumbing, Asphalt Paving & Surface Restoration, Crushed Aggregate Base Course, Mulching, Earthwork, Erosion Control, Curb & Gutter, Frames/Doors/Hardware, Painting, Underdrains, Rock Removal, Fire Protection, Fencing/Gates, Quality Control, Topsoiling, Excavation and any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the project.
This project will include construction of one new 10-unit T-hangar building with the associated asphalt taxilanes (approximately 1,500 TN), grading (approximately 1,200 CY), and storm drainage (approximately 1,100 LF). The project will also include utility extensions for the proposed T-Hangar and other incidental items necessary to complete the project.

JRL is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project. If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance or joint pay agreements, please see JRL terms below or contact us and we will review your needs and direct you to available agencies for assistance.
It is Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. policy NOT to require DBE subcontractors to provide bonding to Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. for their portion of the work. All DBE subcontractors will be allowed to work under Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. Performance & Payment Bonds to the Owner.
Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. will provide Joint Check Agreements to all DBE subcontractors. Please request a Joint Check agreement in writing if needed and Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. will work with you and the material vendor to develop a Joint Check Agreement to satisfy all parties.
It is Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. policy to provide Quick Payments if needed to all DBE subcontractors. Jimmy R Lynch & Sons, Inc. will provide payment to all DBE subcontractors on a weekly and/or monthly basis if the work for which payment is being requested is complete and accepted by the Owner.
JRL encourages 2nd tier DBE Subcontracting opportunities. We encourage our subcontractors to utilize 2nd and 3rd tier DBE Subcontractors.
