INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Pursuant to the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina, bids addressed to Albert Eby, Executive Director, Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority, 505 Cando Street, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28405, and marked
WMMTC RENOVATION & ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION
will be received until 5:00 p.m. EDT, Tuesday, July 24, 2018. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must submit one (1) printed copy of its bid sealed in an envelope marked WMMTC Renovation and Associated Construction. The responsibility for submitting bids are solely and strictly that of the bidder. The Authority is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the mail or delays caused by any other occurrence.
The project is funded in part by Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The IFB is available by invitation through Dropbox. Bidders requesting a copy of the specification packet should contact Project Architect John Farabow at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org for a Dropbox invitation. Request “WMMTC Permit/Construction TRC/VE Set”. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 on or about 5:01pm at Forden Station, 505 Cando St., Wilmington, NC 28405.
