We will be accepting Subcontract Quotes on the following:
Stone Hauling, Fencing, Erosion Control, Clearing, Rock Blasting, Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Forming, Rebar, Painting, Electrical, Bolted Steel Tanks, Material Testing, Dumpsters and Portable Toilets

Please include a copy of your certification with your quote. 

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified DBE, DVBE, MBE, Certified native owned and Small Business Participation firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. This project is funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program.  All Bidders must comply with Title VI of The Civil Rights Act of 1967 and with Executive Order 11246 and 11375 in order to ensure equal opportunity.  All bidders must abide by the Federal Fair Labor Standards, Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Contract work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act, Federal Water Pollution Control Act and Byrd Anti-Lobbying Act.  Bidders must not be Debarred or Suspended.  The Minority goals are 10%.  Turner Murphy is committed to and supportive of efforts to effectively maintain and/or increase the use of Small and Minority/Women-Owned Business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contract participation for Construction Projects, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases, AND increase contract participation to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities. .  A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required. Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
