ABOUT US
The Western Medical Group, Inc. (WMG) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to providing primary and secondary health care services and dental needs to the under served citizens of Harnett and surrounding counties. The vision of WMG, Inc. is to provide healing and comfort, improving the healthcare status of the under served and those most vulnerable in our service area population. We are a caring organization and treat our employees, patients and providers with respect, dignity, and compassion. We will observe the highest ethical and professional standards in meeting our Mission and Vision Statement.

WMG is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors that is composed of individuals, a majority of whom are being served by the center and who as a group, represent the individuals being served by the center. Governance by and for the people served is an essential and distinguishing element of the health center program. The governing board is comprised of individuals who volunteer their time and energy to create a fiscally and managerially strong organization for the purpose of improving the health status of their communities.
